This multi-step process ensures a tailored edge that brings out the best in each blade. For the discerning collector, our sharpening services are exclusively conducted with waterstones, offering an unparalleled level of refinement and precision.

Please note that our sharpening services are not available on a "while you wait" basis. We perform sharpening in curated batches once a week, and you will receive a timely notification via text or email when your knives are ready for collection.
