Warranty

At Heritage Knife Shop, we stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of our knives. We guarantee that our knives will be free from defects under normal use. Should any such defect arise, we will repair or replace the item as needed, ensuring your satisfaction with our products.

Please note, natural handle materials such as wood, bone, and horn, may experience changes over time due to variations in humidity, temperature, and natural aging. These effects, including shrinking, cracking, and discoloration, are inherent characteristics of these materials and are not covered under our warranty.

Exclusions

Our warranty does not extend to damage caused by misuse, improper handling, neglect, or accidents, nor does it cover damage resulting from acts of God or other unforeseen events.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. While we do not accept returns or exchanges as a standard practice, we will assess requests on an individual basis. Should you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us directly, and we will work with you to resolve the matter in a manner that reflects the high standards of our brand.
